A Personal Note from Nathaniel Palmer: Reflecting on 2025

Dear Friends and Partners,

Now that 2025 has come to a close, I wanted to take a moment to write to you personally about the year we’ve shared at Infocap, and what we’ve learned, built, and accomplished together.

Our Beginning

Many people ask how Infocap started. The truth is simple: we saw far too many automation projects fail, not because the technology wasn’t impressive, but because it moved faster than the people using it. That gap inspired us to create a company focused on human-centric intelligent automation, solutions that amplify the work of people, not replace it. Today, we’re proud to help organizations and government systems transform how they operate. It’s a story I’m proud of, and I invite you to read it here:
Infocap’s Origin Story

Welcoming New Partners

This past year, we had the pleasure of working with both new and long-standing clients on a variety of projects that turned document-heavy, exception-driven operations into predictable, measurable, automated workflows and processes. Each partnership reinforced why we do what we do: helping people work smarter, faster, and more effectively. If you’re thinking about turning your processes into a success story, I hope you’ll reach out to our Business Transformation team.

Modernization in Action

One project that stood out involved a federal agency. Their document operations were highly advanced, but one critical step remained manual. Millions of documents flowed through intelligent capture, yet returns to the mailroom for reprocessing drained time and energy. After we stepped in, a process that once took minutes per document now happens in seconds, completely unattended. Three staff members during peak periods? No longer needed. Backlogs? Gone. Often, the biggest gains hide in the processes that feel too entrenched to touch or too disconnected to fix.

Growing Our Team

To keep up with our growing client demand, we welcomed two new Automation Engineers this past year: Monalyn Reyes and Janica Sagun-Bentor. It’s exciting to see their talent and energy already making a difference for our clients and for Infocap.

Our Big Launch: The Process Automation & AI Readiness Assessment

Earlier in 2025, we rolled out the Process Automation & AI Readiness Assessment. Organizations have used it to uncover quick-win automation opportunities, align people and technology, and gain clarity on where they stand. Each participant receives a personalized readiness score, actionable recommendations, and curated resources that accelerate smarter, human-centric transformation. If you haven’t tried it yet, I encourage you to see it for yourself:
