Infocap was named by Kofax (now Tungsten Automation) as the Intelligent Automation Partner of the Year (in 2021) for our pioneering work with TotalAgility across multiple government programs. Serco partnered with Infocap in 2016 to modernize the ACA Eligibility Support program's Kofax system. In 2021, Infocap migrated the system to Kofax TotalAgility, securing the role of exclusive Document Automation partner in 2022. Their expertise in automation and AI has driven efficiency gains, enabling the program to handle double the document volumes. This streamlined approach ensures faster resolutions at a lower cost to the government.

Covered California

Infocap built the Document Imaging and Verification System (DIVS) on Kofax TotalAgility to enhance eligibility verification speed, quality, and efficiency while managing seasonal workload spikes. Since 2018, Covered California has increased verification automation by 700%. DIVS reduced consumer response times from 100 days to under 72 hours, improving enrollment success and efficiency.

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER, TRAINING, AND CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

Infocap works closely with you and your team to provide knowledge transfer throughout the design, development, and implementation phases of TotalAgility solution projects. User and system administrator training is commonly delivered in project work scopes. Infocap typically engages with operations staff or established training departments to supply “Training-for-Trainers” resources for engaging with the solution via user interfaces and operations dashboards/reports. Training provides trainers with an understanding of the fundamentals of document processing steps, configured workflows, quality control functionality, and exception handling. The training materials are delivered in a format specified by the customer.

Training materials consist of user notebooks containing PowerPoint handouts with notes, copies of selected sections from software vendor user manuals, example documents, summary quizzes, and other critical documents. Hands-on exercises emphasize common operations and reinforce concepts and the material covered in the written training material, as well as project technical deliverables (Detailed System Design Document and Maintenance and Operations Plan), software vendor documentation, quick reference guides, and hands-on system exercises. Exercises emphasize tasks performed by system administrators and provide clear instructions on the operation of system configuration and management consoles.
