Michael Bolling

With 25 years of experience, Mike specializes in leading teams to co-innovate with customers, solving challenges through human-centric automation, and extending human capabilities. As Technical Solutions Manager at Infocap, He focuses on delivering solutions that address critical challenges and drive extraordinary value. 

Before joining Infocap, Mike built a strong foundation as a software developer, contributing to custom document scanning workflows and cutting-edge OCR applications. He was privileged to lead a team as a software development manager at SAIC/Leidos in the Federal Space, where they deployed innovative solutions for large-scale triage and translation of foreign language. Driven by a curiosity for technology, Mike is passionate about advancing his customers’ missions through creative and effective solutions and a relentless pursuit of excellence. 

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and twins. He’s also an avid fan of University of Kentucky Athletics (Go Cats!). 

Fun Fact: Played Ebenezer Scrooge in high school production of A Christmas Carol. Bah! Humbug!
