Theresa has a long-standing passion for helping people learn in diverse ways about process improvement and the technologies and practices in information management. She joined Infocap in October 2024 to raise awareness about the powers of human-centric automation and its ability to drive operational efficiency.

Theresa has been a producer, editor, and publisher of educational webinars, research reports, ebooks, and elearning design and development in the Process Improvement and Information Management industries for 20+ years. She has spoken at AIIM annual conferences and chapter events, sharing her knowledge and insights with professionals across the industry. Theresa holds her MBA and is a Certified Information Professional (CIP), credentials that underscore her knowledge and dedication to educating organizations on the value of integrating innovative solutions.
