Patrick Koch

Patrick is a versatile professional with a broad range of experience in document management, automation technology, and cloud migration. He joined Infocap in 2018, where he took on many roles, including customer support, professional services, systems integration, cloud migrations, systems maintenance & administration, and application upgrades.

Today, the majority of Patrick's time at Infocap is spent supporting the Affordable Care Act for the Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS), while still providing customer support and professional services work.

Before joining Infocap, Patrick worked at Army Human Resources Command (AHRC), where he first began working with Kofax software. Prior to that, he worked as a contractor at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NAVSEA). In total, he’s gained over 11 years of experience in the federal government and military environments.

After work or on weekends, you might see Patrick out flying or helping crew for hot air balloons.  He also volunteers for 4-H Tech Wizards – a group of brilliant kids that will be our future engineers, developers and maybe astronauts!

Fun Fact: I've been helping hot air balloon crews since 2001.
