Carlos Peña

Carlos began his career in enterprise software sales with Kofax/Tungsten for over 16 years and that is where he developed his abilities in sales operations. Bringing his knowledge as subject matter expert in Kofax/Tungsten licensing and support, he joined Infocap as a Contracts Administrator. Over time, he became motivated to seek incremental process improvements in functional areas at Infocap including: Microsoft O365 administration, Sales Operations, Project Management, Help Desk Support, People Management, Human Resources, and Operations Management. 

Elevated to a Manager of IT and Administration in 2024, Carlos is now tasked with the responsibility for overseeing and coordinating the technological infrastructure and administrative functions within the organization. His daily goal is to ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, and data systems. Working with his team, they evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency, security, and communication across departments. Carlos also handles the procurement and maintenance of IT resources and troubleshooting technical issues. He is pleased and excited every day for the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals.
